Question: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Answer: Most of our products have no MOQ, some Model no Inventory will be 100pcs per model for regular order

Question: Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products?

Answer: Yes, of course. Just send your requirements to us.

Question: What payment method do you accept?

Answer: T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal etc.

Question: What are your business hours?

Answer: Our Business Hour is from Monday to Saturday : 9AM – 7PM(GMT+8) , but generally our sales is available 7*24 hours, so any questions or orders can get quick feedback.

Question: What kind of shipping methods you offer?

Answer: By Express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS etc OR By Air. But if you have your own EXPRESS accounts also OK.

Question: What is the lead time of your products?

Answer: Generally, 1-3 working days for sample or small order, 3-10 working days for Big order

Question: How long do I need to wait before my goods arrive?

Answer: 5-7 days for air freight, 3-5 days for international express. 20-40 days for sea transportation.

Answer: Our raw materials are purchased from qualified suppliers. And we have a strong quality control team to guarantee our products quality.

Question: Can you make our design for the package?

Answer: Yes, please send us the design you need.

Question: Can you provide sample to us?

Answer: Yes, we provide free sample to clients, but the shipping charge will be taken on by the clients.
